These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of reigrowsolutions.com (the “website”) and set out the general terms on which Reigrow Solutions (“we”, “us”, “our”), based in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India, provides website development, SEO and related services. By using the website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
A signed proposal, quotation or agreement for a specific project forms part of these Terms. Where it conflicts with these Terms, the signed document takes priority.
1. Using the website
- You may browse the website and use its content for your own information.
- You must not misuse the website: no attempts to gain unauthorised access, introduce malware, scrape it at scale, or submit false, abusive or spam enquiries.
- We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the website without notice.
2. Website content and intellectual property
All content on the website, including text, articles, designs, graphics, logos and code, belongs to Reigrow Solutions or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. You may share links to our pages and quote short extracts with clear credit and a link. You may not copy, republish or sell our content without written permission. Client logos and project screenshots are shown with permission and remain the property of their owners.
3. Quotes and proposals
- Quotes are based on the scope discussed and are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
- The scope, deliverables, timeline, revisions and price for each project are set out in its proposal.
- Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately before we start it.
4. Payments
- Payment milestones are set out in the proposal (for example, an advance to start, a payment at design approval and the balance before launch).
- Prices exclude GST and other applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Third-party costs such as domains, hosting, premium plugins, stock images and advertising spend are payable by you, directly or as agreed.
- We may pause work if a payment is overdue.
5. Your responsibilities
- Provide content, feedback, approvals and access on time. Delays on your side may move the timeline.
- Make sure any content you give us (text, images, logos, data) is yours to use and does not infringe anyone else’s rights.
- Keep your account logins secure once they are handed over to you.
6. Ownership of the work
On full payment, you own the final website design and content created for you, and we hand over the domain, hosting and administrator access set up for your project. We may reuse our general know-how, code libraries and non-confidential techniques. Third-party software, themes, plugins and fonts remain subject to their own licences. Unless you ask us not to, we may show the completed project in our portfolio.
7. SEO and marketing services
Search engines and advertising platforms are controlled by third parties and change their systems frequently. We commit to the agreed work and reporting, but we cannot guarantee specific rankings, traffic, leads or sales. See our Disclaimer.
8. Support and warranty
Each project includes a post-launch support period stated in its proposal (normally 30 days) to fix defects in the work we delivered. Ongoing maintenance, new features and content changes after that period are available under a separate plan or quote.
9. Confidentiality
We keep confidential any non-public business information you share with us for a project, and we will sign a non-disclosure agreement on request. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as loss of profit, revenue or data, and our total liability for any project is limited to the fees you paid us for that project. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.
11. Third-party services and links
The website and the work we deliver may rely on, or link to, third-party services (hosting, payment gateways, WhatsApp, Google, Meta and others). We are not responsible for their availability, content or policies.
12. Cancellation
Either party may end a project in writing. You pay for work completed up to that date, including any non-refundable third-party costs; we hand over the completed work once payments are settled.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu have jurisdiction over any dispute, which we will first try to resolve in good faith.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows the current version. Changes don’t affect projects already agreed in writing.
